Cancellation Policy
In order to protect myself as a service provider, any CANCELLATIONS / NO-SHOWS within 12 hours of their scheduled appointment will be required to pay 100% of their booking.
Cancellations within 24 hours of their scheduled appointment will be required to pay 50% of their booking.
This may or may not be waived based on my discretion.
Clients unable to pay their balances will be blocked from online booking and unable to be serviced until future notice.
